An on-site health club promotion can’t take place without an experienced sales team. Fitness360 will provide the industries most skilled and professional “Membership Consulting Team” (MCT) to run your Fitness Sales & Promotions. Fitness360 completes 5 year background checks, random drug screenings, and a series of other human resource procedures to insure we avoid any of the problems that seem to be prevalent in other promotion companies. Your “MCT” will consist of a team supervisor, 1-2 membership specialists, and depending on the promotion 1 telemarketing manager. Your “MCT” will work along side of your current staff, but will be completely self-sufficient from beginning to end. As industry experts they will not only run a successful campaign for your club, but will also set an example that an untrained staff could easily pick up and follow. What will this health club promotion cost me?
Nothing. There is no “out of pocket” expense to you whatsoever. We invest all the money to run the promotion.
Do you discount my rates substantially?
No. You continue to offer your normal membership rates while the promotion generates new members you normally wouldn’t see. Most other promotion companies offer an extreme discount of say for example $99/year. Fitness360 offers a much higher priced membership.
How do we generate new members?
Fitness360 uses full color jumbo postcards, telemarketing, direct mail, newspaper ads, radio spots, cable TV and several other creative marketing techniques.
Who will handle all the sales?
We do! We send a trained supervisor to manage the entire promotion and sales team. Our staffs have at least 2 years of training in the health and fitness industry and they are all background checked and drug tested.
How is the money handled?
We open a separate promo checking account with you at a federally insured bank near your club. This account requires both of our signatures. All down payments are deposited into the promo account by our supervisor daily. Each day you will receive a full report of the previous day’s sales along with a copy of the deposit slip.
Who collects the receivables?
We use a third party billing company called Club Administrative Services (C.A.S.) skilled in processing, billing and managing receivables on behalf of the clients we serve. The billing company disperses the money collected each Thursday via auto bank deposit. The billing company will furnish a report monthly showing the total amount of the receivables collected less their fee together with the net balance to be divided between the club and the promoter.
Will over-crowding be a problem?
No. Over 80% of the new members do not use the club on a consistent basis. However, they do increase word of mouth business, buddy referrals, tanning, supplement, personal training and juice bar sales.

A sales office is placed within the club, which is also used as a telemarketing office. Your “MCT” hires and train the remainder of their staff locally. We set up a joint signature account at your bank.Through a separate division of Fitness360, we can add direct mail to our campaigns for approximately a 30% less than if a club does it regionally.
All savings and rebates bartered by Fitness360 are passed directly to the promotions. Each campaign takes 6-8 weeks from the beginning of sales, depending on the club’s market. If at any point you are not happy, just say so, and we will leave. This demonstrates our confidence in the program.The sales campaigns are monthly dues-oriented to generate long-term stability for your club and consistent cash flow during slow months. There is no deep membership discounting.The club is given a copy of each contract sold, the daily or weekly production, and cost outlines, and we communicate with the club daily in the campaign. Then, after the campaign, we will leave you with a copy of all the sales and appointment sheets so you can follow up the pendings and no shows. Many clubs have had their best months following our promotion because of referrals, add-ons, and pending sales joining.
Club Administrative Services (C.A.S.), an independent third-party billing company, handles all billing from the promotion. We have designated them as our exclusive billing company because they collect better than any other company in the industry.
